1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" shows the latest version.

2) Who we are & what this site is

policycopilot.eu showcases our services for evidence-based report drafting. The Site is a marketing site only—no user accounts or in-app features. Any proposal or engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. The site content is not a binding offer or advice; quotes and SOWs control.

3) Permitted use

You may browse, link to, and share public pages of the Site for informational purposes. All other rights are reserved.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, mirror, or bulk-download Site content;
• scrape or crawl the Site (except for standard search-engine indexing using robots.txt rules);
• attempt to bypass security or interfere with the Site's operation;
• use the Site for unlawful, infringing, or misleading purposes.

We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect misuse.

4) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all text, graphics, logos, and layouts on the Site are owned by Policy CoPilot or our licensors. The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of non-material obligations. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. The above limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under the Produkthaftungsgesetz, or where we have expressly assumed a guarantee.

9) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Berlin, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their venue. If you are a consumer with mandatory local rights, those remain unaffected.

10) Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
